"I run a little shop in the Netherlands, selling old and antique dinnerware and silver. As a service for our customers we try to find missing pieces of discontinued china for them. February 8th I called you on the phone from the Netherlands to inquire and order Noritake and Wedgwood (Babylon and Runnymade) pieces. The lady on the phone was so kind and helpful and so patient with my poor English! After ordering I immediately received a confirmation mail and to days later a mail that the things I ordered were on their way. This gave confidence: what a service! When I received the boxes I noticed how carefully everything was checked and packed. All the pieces I ordered (20) arrived "in one piece". Espacially the client I ordered wedgwood Babylon for was so happy! She had been searching for over 10 years and now finally she got what she had been looking for for so long.
